PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

This page explains how payments and cancellations are handled when making a reservation through our website.

Means of Payment


Online reservations are processed securely through a certified banking payment system. All payments are made by credit card in Euro (€) and are completed via the electronic payment platform Nexi XPay of Nexi Payments Greece S.A., using TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit SSL. Credit card details are handled exclusively by the banking system during the transaction and are neither stored nor accessed by our company, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all online payments.

Booking & Prepayment


To secure a reservation made through our website, a prepayment of thirty percent (30%) of the total rental amount is required.

Once the booking is completed, it is reviewed and confirmed by our company. A confirmation email and payment receipt are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

If, for any reason, a reservation cannot be confirmed by our company, the prepayment is fully refunded.

Payment at Vehicle Collection


The remaining seventy percent (70%) of the rental amount is paid at the time of vehicle collection. The customer may choose to pay by credit card or cash. Please note that cash payments may be subject to legal transaction limits applicable at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy


The prepayment made at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

In cases of travel disruption within Greek territory caused by officially announced extraordinary weather conditions or strikes affecting arrival on the scheduled pick-up date, the customer is encouraged to contact our company.

Additionally, changes to booking dates or pick-up times may be accommodated following timely notice and provided that availability is not affected.

Booking Changes


We understand that travel plans may change. Requests to modify booking dates, rental duration or pick-up time can be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pick-up date, provided that availability allows.

Such changes do not affect the prepayment already made. Any difference in the total rental amount resulting from the modification will be adjusted accordingly.

No-Show Policy


If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pick-up location and time and fails to inform our company, the reservation will be held for up to four (4) hours. After this period, the reservation is considered a no-show, is cancelled, and the prepayment is retained. No additional charges apply.

Discount Coupons


Discount coupons are offered as part of specific promotions or booking conditions and are not available upon request.
