Car Rental Terms & Conditions | Motorland Paros

Vehicles are reserved by category and not by specific model, color or equipment.
Vehicle images shown on the website are indicative.
In most cases, customers receive the model displayed at the time of booking.
However, the rental company may provide a different vehicle of the same category, with similar characteristics and specifications, if required due to availability or operational reasons.

Minimum age requirements apply depending on the vehicle category.
During the booking process, the driver’s age is entered and only vehicles that meet the applicable age requirements are displayed and available for reservation.

For the A car category, rentals may be accepted for drivers from 22 years old, provided that a €1,000 security amount is pre-authorized on a personal credit card in the driver’s name at vehicle collection.

Drivers must hold a valid driving license accepted in Greece, issued at least one year prior to the rental date.
An International Driving Permit is required where applicable.

A personal credit card in the driver’s name is required at vehicle collection.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

At vehicle collection, the vehicle condition is recorded by our staff.
Customers are encouraged to also inspect the vehicle and, if they wish, take photos for their own reference before departure.

Vehicles are not always provided with a full fuel tank.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
Unused fuel is non-refundable.

The vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic regulations and rental conditions.
Off-road use, use outside Paros or use by unauthorized drivers is not permitted.
Any extension of the rental period is not permitted without prior notice and confirmation by the rental company.

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period.

Road assistance is available daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
Driving or using the vehicle outside operating hours is undertaken entirely at the driver’s own responsibility.

All vehicles include mandatory third-party liability insurance as required by law.
Optional damage protection options may be selected during the booking process.
